Tony is helped by his crime partner, Raymond Azar in getting valuable US military contracts by using fake company names. Both Tony and Azar were arrested from Afghanistan after the success of a sting operation orchestrated against them on the charges of bribery, fraud and money laundering. Raymond was jailed for ten years and paid the penalty of $15 million. Tony Abi Saab however, escaped with a small fine. His company Brescia Middle East sold weapons to the terrorists. He even faked end-user certificates of weapons that made the illegal weapons’ movement easy.
